Terms of use for the Optiom terminal, data, APIs and exports.
Optiom provides crypto data visualization, analysis and access tools. You are responsible for your use of the terminal, APIs, exports and any decision made from the displayed information.
Data, signals, heatmaps, alerts, scores and content displayed by Optiom are provided for research and decision-support only. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
Some datasets come from platforms, providers or derived calculations. Optiom aims to provide reliable data, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, delays, interruptions or inconsistencies between sources.
You must protect your credentials, API keys and account access. Any activity performed with your access may be considered performed by you.
You may not bypass technical limits, attack the service, resell access without agreement, massively extract data beyond granted rights or use Optiom for illegal activity.
Your plan grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data within your own analyses, applications and internal workflows. Redistributing, republishing, reselling or otherwise making raw or substantially unmodified Optiom data available to third parties — including through public APIs, datasets, or paid products — requires a separate written agreement (Enterprise). Derived works (indicators, models, aggregated statistics) that do not allow reconstruction of the underlying raw data are permitted. Some upstream sources (exchanges, data providers) impose their own terms on market data; you are responsible for complying with them in your use case, and Optiom may restrict datasets where upstream terms require it.
These terms may evolve with the product, offers, available data and legal obligations. Last updated: July 2, 2026.
